- 1All tour packages, accommodation, jeep safari, and activity bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- 2An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- 3The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 4Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including names, contact details, travel dates, and the number of participants.
- 5Visit Mankulam reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or safety concerns.
Tour Packages
- Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a refund of the advance amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled tour date are not eligible for any refund.
Jeep Safari Bookings
- Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled safari date are eligible for a refund of the advance amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled safari date are not eligible for any refund.
No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date and time without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

- 1Visit Mankulam acts as a booking and travel facilitation platform for accommodations, tour packages, jeep safaris, and related tourism services.
- 2Our responsibility begins only after the guest has successfully checked in to the booked accommodation, tour, or activity.
- 3Guests are solely responsible for their travel arrangements to and from the destination.
- 4Visit Mankulam shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, damages, delays, disputes, theft, vehicle breakdowns, road incidents, or other unforeseen events that occur before check-in.
- 5Any issues arising during travel to the destination — including transportation problems, road accidents, weather-related disruptions, traffic delays, or personal disputes — are the responsibility of the guest and the relevant service providers involved.
- 6Visit Mankulam shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, cash, valuables, documents, or electronic devices during travel or while participating in activities.
- 7Guests are advised to follow all safety instructions, local regulations, and guidelines provided by accommodation providers, drivers, guides, and activity operators.
- 8Visit Mankulam shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or changes caused by natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- 9By making a booking, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and agree that Visit Mankulam's liability is limited to the services directly arranged and confirmed by us.
- 1Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward local communities, accommodation providers, guides, drivers, and other travellers.
- 2Any damage caused to property, vehicles, accommodations, or equipment by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
- 3Visit Mankulam reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a guest engages in unlawful, abusive, dangerous, or disruptive behaviour.
